This 86 m² 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. With concierge, digicode and intercom, onlooking a quiet courtyard. Can accommodate 5 persons
Wooden floors throughout, renovated and white walls.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and chairs with large windows opend on a balcony.
Cable TV, high speed Internet connection are at your disposal.

The kitchen is equipped with 4 gaz burners, traditional oven, washing-machine, micro-wave, boiler etc. Dishes and ustensils are at your disposal.
The first bedroom has twin beds and closets.
The second bedroom is ideal for parents with double bed, and separate closets for each other.

The last bedroom has a single bed and a desk with bookshelves, can ideally accomadate a person or being an office.

The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a french bidet. Toilets are separated.

Location: The rue Dantizg is located in a quiet and safe area, packed with shops and markets. Near 2 parks. Many restaurants around.
