Room with double bed in comfortable apartment available for short-term rents @ 850 EUROS per month all inclusive except phone . The apartment is near Bastille and Gare de Lyon. Large living/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc. Shared bathroom and separate toilet. There is washer/dryer, tv, dvd player, hifi etc and wifi if you bring your own laptop.

All charges are included except phone if you wish to use it.

Prefer non smokers qnd Gay friendly people only.
