luxury room/board in exchange for household help (no kids)

We are a couple, 52 and 62, with some health problems so find it difficult to take care of the house, do errands, etc. We are looking for just the right person who might want to stay here, helping us normally during the week.we offer a... very lovely private suite with separate shower room and separate toilet.We need someone who would be sensitive to the difficulties of living with chronic health problems and who would be prepared to do those things that could make our lives more livable. We would like an upbeat, positive person, a willing and helpful person, someone who takes pride in doing things well and who is non-judgmental.
We are just 23 min by direct train from Paris. Details to be discussed. NO SMOKING/NO SMOKERS. We are quiet and clean living with a gorgeous garden (inc fruit and veg), 2 chickens, 2 dogs, and 1 cat.(You must love animals)We prefer someone bilingual french/english but we speak both.
I normally do the shopping and cooking (I am an exc. cook.) Your meals and your suite will be provided.The option is to stay for 1-3 months.We currently have a gardener (at least until Oct.) and we have a helper coming until June.
