Franco-American Couple looking for 1-bedroom, long-term lease

Hello!

We're a married Franco-American couple (aged 29 and 35) looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Paris for a long-term lease. We are responsible, respectful tenants (we have a reference letter from our current landlord) and are both on CDI contract.

We are looking for an apartment around 40m2 that's calm and receives lots of light. We would also love a balcony and a cave (to store our bikes!). Our budget is between 700-1000 € charges comprises. We like the 19e, 20e, 11e, 10e, 12e, 17e, 18e (and of course central Paris!), but are open to anything.
