This lengthwise studio of 45m² is located on 5th floor walk up in a secured building with a digicode, rue du Faubourg St Denis in the 10th arrondissement.
Can accommodate 2 people.

The main room with a typically Parisian wooden floor is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a DVD player, a chimney. The main room of 20m² is decorated with suitcases and mirrors.

You’ll enjoy a high speed internet connection and the cable TV.
The bedroom has a bed for 2 people, a night table, and a desk with chairs

The kitchen is fitted with hotplates, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a washing machine/ a dryer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster. Dishes and utensils are at your disposal.

The bathroom is furnished with a bathtub (with a handheld shower), an ample closet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and the toilet.
Towels, linen, the vacuum-cleaner, and a flatiron are provided.

Location: This typical studio is at a few minutes walk from the Musée National des Techniques and l’ancien Prieuré St Martin des Champs.
This 45m² is also near shops, bars and restaurants.
