This 60sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of an 18th century building with digicode and intercom rue St Martin, in the Marais.
For 2 people
This very quiet apartment has a lot of charm, thanks to some authentic features such as apparent oak beams and stone walls.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a coffee table and wooden shelves.
The dining area has a round table, chairs and stools that can accomodate up to 8 guests.
Cable TV, DSL Internet connection, HiFi system are at your disposal.

The bedroom has a large double bed and bedside tables. From the bedroom, a ladder leads to a mezzanine.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. It is equipped with burners, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combined micro-wave, boiler, toaster, coffee machine plus all the dishes and ustensils you may need.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a washbasin and closets.
Toilets are separated.

Location: This apartment is located in the 3rd arrondissement, one of the most attractive of the capital. In the Marais, you will find many groceries, museums, galleries and shops. It is close to the George Pompidou Centre, to Les Halles, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Le Marais and la Place des Vosges, you are right in the heart of Paris
