This 120m² 3BR apartment is located on the ground floor of a building located Avenue Carnot, in the 17th arrondissement.
Can accommodate 4 persons.

The large and well decorated living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a hifi system, a television, a DVD player, small sofa, desk with a chair, a chimney in working order with a large mirror, shelves. It’s facing the Avenue Carnot.

Location: The Avenue Carnot is located next to Avenue Foch and opposite the Champs Elysées Avenue. You are near the Arc de Triomphe or the Bois de Boulogne.
