Hello,
I am looking for a position in Pau, France. I speak, read, and write fluently in English, however I have little knowledge of the French language. I have professional experience working as a research analyst, sales, customer service, and administrative duties. I get along excellent with children and adults. I would also consider a position where I could use my knowledge of English for tutoring purposes.

As a research analyst, I specialize in fundamental research of the apartment REIT sector. I converse by phone once a quarter to the on-site leasing agents nationwide for additional information about a property’s performance, current pricing by floor plan, concessions, amenities, and renovations. By using unique surveying methods, I evaluate and rate customer service performance and the level of effectiveness of the leasing and management staff to drive traffic to a property. I contacted clients for payment for open and past due invoices.
