This handy studio apartmet is located on the building that faces a small paved street in the heart
of the 7th arrondissement, just etween the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides.
Not so far there is also the Quai de Branly Museum. The closest metro stations are La Tour Maubourg (line 8) or Pont de l'Alma (RERC).
It is located on the 1rst floor of a small building. The ntrance gate is protected by a coded system and leads to the
staircase.

The small kitchen, which is equipped with a sink, a small fridge (with a freezer compartment), two hot plates and a
closets and shelves that contains the dishes and pans.

The main room furnished with a sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), a low table, a chest of drawers with upon it a flat screen TV, a cabinet and a folding table. The double-glazed window opens onto the the paved street.

The small bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilette.

Price : 850€ / month + Agency Fees
This price includes electricity consommation, water, hot water (for 50€ / month) + Internet Access (DSL)
Refundable Security deposit : 1 month for rentals less than 6 months – 2 months for rentals over than 6 months

Other Fee : cleaning service at the end of the stay (30€)

Towels, blankets, sheets are provided.

Agency fees:
- 20.5% of the total rent (for rentals under 1 month)
- 18% of the total rent (for rentals between 1 and 3 months)
- 14.35% of the total rent (for rentals up to 3 months, with a maximum of 1300€)
