This 55m² 2BR apartment is located on the 4th floor walk up on the Rue Lauriston, in the 16th arrondissement, one step from the Arc de Triomphe. It’s facing a quiet courtyard.
Can accommodate 2/3 persons.

On the right side of the entrance, you have the living room with a wooden floor. It’s equipped with a leather sofa, a beautiful coffee table, a television, a dining table with chairs

The master bedroom is furnished with a bed for 2 people, a night table, and a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a bed for 1 people, an ideal large dressing room for all your clothes, an outstanding chimney, and an armchair.

The kitchen is fitted with hotplates, a fridge, an unused oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, many cupboards, all dishes and utensils you need to cook. A small dining table with one chair is also in the kitchen.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower, a washbasin under a mirror, and a washing machine. Two cupboards are also presents
Toilets are separated.

Linens, covers, a vacuum and a flatiron are at your disposal.

Location: Your apartment is right behind the Arc de Triomphe, you’ll enjoy this chic area, few minute walk from the Champs Elysees Avenue .
